Integration and Value Add 
Minco can integrate flexible heaters with temperature sensors, flex circuits, controllers and other electronics to provide a complete heating solution.
Minco can also laminate, vulcanize or clamp the heater assembly to heatsinks to provide a comprehensive turnkey thermal solution. Polyimide (Kapton®) Thermofoil™ Heaters Polyimide Thermofoil flexible heaters, or Kapton heaters, are ideal for applications with space and weight limitations, or where the heater will be exposed to vacuum, oil, or chemicals.
These thin, flexible heaters are rugged, accurate and reliable. Benefits of Polyimide Flexible Heaters:
- Thin
- lightweight heaters allow you to apply heat where it’s needed, reducing operating costs

Silicone Rubber Heaters (foil) Silicone rubber Thermofoil™ heaters have etched-foil elements and are most suited to large-size, industrial and ruggedized applications. Silicone rubber is a rugged, flexible elastomer material with excellent temperature properties. Benefits of Silicone Rubber Heaters:
- Rugged construction provides high reliability in a wide range of heating applications and reduces need for field repair and replacement
- Optional custom profiled heat density creates a uniform heat sink temperature which can improve processing yields
- Factory vulcanization and high temperature capability
- High temperature capability to 235°C (455°F)
- UL component recognition available
- Can be factory vulcanized to metal parts without adhesive
- Resistant to many chemicals
- Not suitable for radiation, vacuum, or prolonged exposure to oil
